Our verdict
Choose Waalaxy if you already know who to write to, want to send in volume on LinkedIn at a low price, and have time to write your messages and follow your campaigns. Choose MeetMagnet if you have neither a list nor time, and want to contact decision-makers when they have a reason to reply, with an opener written for them and a real person who calibrates with you.
Is MeetMagnet a Waalaxy alternative?
Yes, but the two tools do not do the same job. Waalaxy is very good at sending: invitations, messages, follow-ups, from a list you build. Its “intent signals” (reactions to posts, groups, events) work as filters to build that list; they do not tell you what to say to each person.
MeetMagnet starts there: the signal (the person has just talked about their need), then the opener drawn from that signal. Fewer messages, each written for one decision-maker.
What are the differences, in one table?
| Waalaxy | MeetMagnet | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | LinkedIn sequence sending (and email on Business): invitations, messages, follow-ups | Buying signal prospecting, as software or with human support |
| Who it is for | Business owners, salespeople, recruiters and headhunters; 75% of its users had never prospected on LinkedIn (according to its website) | B2B SMEs of 2 to 50 people, with no dedicated prospecting team |
| Database | Prospect import from LinkedIn; email finder: 25 a month (Pro, Advanced), 500 a month (Business) | No database to buy: prospects are found from their signals |
| Buying signals | “Intent signals”: reactions to posts, groups and events, as targeting filters | Posts and reactions on LinkedIn; reviews, forums, social networks, job ads and press with the multi-source option (Assisted plan) |
| Custom signals | No: targeting filters | Yes: written for your offer, tuned with you at calibration |
| First message | Sequence templates and an AI writing assistant, which you adapt yourself | Written from the signal, reviewed, and approved by you |
| What is capped on the entry plan | 300 invitations a month on Pro (800 from Advanced); 25 email searches a month | Unlimited signals, no lead credits or AI credits (Self-serve, €149 excl. VAT a month). LinkedIn sending limits apply, as they do to every tool |
| Human support included | No: chat and email support, response time depending on the plan | Yes, on the Assisted plan: onboarding, check-ins on day 7, 30, 60 and 90, then a check-in every month |
| Channels | LinkedIn only on Pro and Advanced; LinkedIn and email on Business (€69) | LinkedIn and email |
| Language | French (app); website in 8 languages | French and English |
| Price | €19 (Pro), €49 (Advanced), €69 (Business) a month per user; 14-day trial; 20% off quarterly, 50% off annually | €149 excl. VAT a month (Self-serve, 7-day trial); €299 excl. VAT a month (Assisted, multi-source option) |

What does Waalaxy do better than MeetMagnet?
- The entry price. From €19 a month per user, with a 14-day trial, and up to 50% off with annual billing. It is the lowest entry price of the sending tools we compared.
- Ease of use. Waalaxy has made simplicity its promise: sequence templates, an AI writing assistant, and an audience of whom 75% had never prospected on LinkedIn, according to its website.
- Volume. Its website announces more than 800 prospects contacted a month, with 800 invitations a month from the Advanced plan. MeetMagnet deliberately contacts fewer people, at reasonable LinkedIn volumes.
- Reputation. More than 200,000 users and a 4.8/5 rating from more than 2,000 reviews, according to its website. Plenty of published guides and templates, in 8 languages.
What does MeetMagnet do better than Waalaxy?
- Who to write to, and when. Every day, MeetMagnet spots the decision-makers in your target who post or react on a topic linked to your offer. You have no list to build.
- Unlimited signals, no credits. MeetMagnet’s Self-serve plan (€149 excl. VAT a month) has no lead credits and no AI credits: buying signals are unlimited. Waalaxy’s Pro plan includes 300 invitations a month (800 from Advanced), and email only comes with the Business plan, at €69. LinkedIn sending limits apply to every tool, MeetMagnet included.
- An opener drawn from the signal. The first message starts from what the decision-maker has just talked about, not from a template. That is what makes it stand out among the prospecting messages they receive every week.
- A real person with you. On the Assisted plan, someone tunes the target and the messages with you, then reviews the results.
- No campaign to set up. No sequence to write and no campaign to monitor: the messages are ready, you approve them.
What people who have used it tell us
“Waalaxy, it’s been maybe three, four months, and it’s produced absolutely nothing.”
“I run things through Waalaxy, but it’s not really getting anywhere.”
Remarks gathered during meetings with MeetMagnet (April to September 2026), anonymised and translated from French. They say what these people were missing, not what the tool is worth for everyone.

At a similar price, the question is what you do with your time: with a sending tool, you find the prospects, write the messages and follow the replies. To compare every option, see how much a B2B meeting costs by method.
Should you choose, or use both?
Yes, you can. Keep Waalaxy for your list-based campaigns (a trade show, an existing file), and MeetMagnet for decision-makers showing a buying signal.
One thing to watch: both tools use the same invitation limits on your LinkedIn account. Split the volumes to stay reasonable.
What do Waalaxy reviews say?
Waalaxy shows a 4.8/5 rating from more than 2,000 reviews (Chrome Web Store and G2); its pricing page details 4.8 on the Chrome Web Store, 4.5 on G2 and 4.5 on Capterra (checked on 26 September 2026). A good rating says the tool sends well and is quick to pick up. It does not say whether it will find you the right prospects at the right time: that is the question on this page.
Waalaxy vs lemlist: which should you choose?
Waalaxy starts from LinkedIn and aims for simplicity, from €19 a month (email comes with the Business plan, at €69). lemlist starts from email, deliverability and multichannel, from $69 a month for the Email plan, unlimited users; it also spots buying signals, paid for in credits. MeetMagnet starts from the signal, with no credits, and writes the opener from it.
The detail is in our comparison MeetMagnet or lemlist.

How do you test MeetMagnet alongside Waalaxy?
- A 30-minute demo: you show us your target, we show you the buying signals coming up in your market.
- Or a solo trial: the Self-serve plan comes with a 7-day free trial, with every feature.
- A fair comparison: over the same weeks, compare replies and conversations, not the number of messages sent.
- A decision at 30 days: on Assisted, the day-30 review shows what works and what needs tuning.
