Website visitors
The website does not set any advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own servers.
Audience measurement. If you accept it in the banner, we use Google Analytics (where visitors come from) and Amplitude (pages viewed, clicks), with measurement cookies kept for up to 13 months. Without your consent, nothing is loaded. Your choice is kept for 6 months and you can change it at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
When you book a demo or create an account, we process the information you enter (name, email, company) to reply to you and manage the business relationship.
Prospects contacted by our customers
MeetMagnet spots public buying signals (posts, reactions, reviews, job ads, articles). For this data, the customer is the controller and MeetMagnet acts as a processor, within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, on the customer’s instructions (see Article 11 of the terms of sale).
MeetMagnet follows the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority) on B2B commercial prospecting and on the collection of data available online.

Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to etienne.douillard@meet-magnet.com. If you were contacted by a MeetMagnet customer, we forward your request to that customer, who is the controller.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Data is hosted in Europe.
